Simply, salt, fresh ground pepper, crushed garlic sometimes. Never Cajun seasoning thank you, I love L&P, but I save it for the plate if the steak needs a little help.

NY strip cooked medium

Light coating of olive oil and Montreal seasoning. Grill is preferred but stove top isn’t a bad option.
