The chicken industry is a wreck right now. I thought this was common knowledge. A few of the factories in our supply chain has shut down. One couldn't open because of a big hole in the roof and Hooters of America was going to fix it for them. As far as our franchise in Louisiana, we have been piecing together our chicken supply since last year.
