not really. you can fudge it by flipping the pressure on and off with the manifold.
If you really want kegs at two different pressures, you'll need a dual primary regular OR a dual secondary regulator bank.

OR

Don't know the price difference but the secondary regulator bank is much much more attractive to me. Can't stand the regulator attached to the bottle as it is and don't get me started on the stupid gauge on the side that doesn't tell you shite.

Is this in addition to the regulator i already have?

Amen to that. The two line regulator really weighs down the tank when it's anything less than full. The fill level gauge is a joke. Better just to pick up the tank and go by the weight.

Yes. The regulator you have is capable of putting out only one pressure to as many lines as you'd like as long as it's one pressure. You can use that regulator to get gas to a secondary regulator bank that you can have varying pressures at.
Honestly I've never really wanted various pressures so I'd say it's more of a luxury request than a necessity to get into kegging but I know how you are anal about shite like that.

dual primary is in place of the regulator you have...
secondary regulators are low pressure regulators and require a primary, which you already have.
I've never owned the dual primary, but have messed with enough of them to echo what S14 and Bottomland have said. I would go with a manifold before one of these.
I really like my secondary regulator bank, but they can be pricey.

Would love to make a trade. I can send you whatever I got here. Think I have an IPA, Oktoberfest, Hefeweizen, Hefeweizen on blueberries, and a pumpkin saison I made last year.
Get my contact info from B, LST or Bottomland and drop me a text. I haven't been drinking as much and need to trade off some inventory to make room for the next round of bottling. The wife isn't too happy with the walk-in closet turning into a homebrew warehouse

I used the following for a big black IPA inspired by the Stone 15th Anniversary one. Brought it to WYES last summer.
15 lbs 2-row
1 lb Crystal 120
12 oz Carafa III
12 oz Chocolate malt
2 oz Columbus 90 minutes
2 oz Citra 15 minutes
1 lb dark candi sugar flameout
3 oz Citra whirlpool
2 oz Pacific Jade whirlpool
California Ale V yeast
3 oz Nelson Sauvin dry hop
I'm going to use this as the base for my Chocolate Brett IPA. Yes, it's happening!

Also, what am i looking for here? Just the quick disconnects, or is there a kit from beverage factory i'll need? Planning on using ball lock kegs

keg(s)
2 way gas manifold with check valves
3 or 4 inch shank with barb tail piece
faucet
faucet rebuild kit
gas line
beverage line
liquid disconnects
gas disconnects
So this is what i have in my cart that i'm pricing out from beveragefactory.com

Now do i need these 2 regulators or will 1 additional regulator be needed, in addition to the one i have?
Or should i use this splitter below, instead of the regulators, if i don't care about the kegs having the same pressure? Or is something else needed?

Perlick 630SS Beer Faucet Stainless Steel Shank Combo
will i need some sort of spacer on the back end of the shank of the faucet?
Home Brew 1/4" MFL Quick Disconnect Set
Use this setup to easily change between commercial and home brew kegs without changing fittings or cutting beer lines. Connects to a standard commercial keg coupler with your existing hex nut.
To switch between kegs, simply unscrew 1/4-inch MFL connector from quick disconnect and screw the tail piece and your existing hex nut into place with your standard keg coupler. Great for home brewers that also enjoy commercial keg beer.
Kit Includes:
5 Feet of 3/16" ID Beer Hose with a 1/4" MFL Nut
5 Feet of 5/16" ID Air Hose with a 1/4" MFL Nut
(2) 1/4" MFL Beer Tailpiece
(2) Chrome Hex Nut Beer Coupling Fittings
(2) Neoprene Beer Coupler Washers
(1) 3/16 Hose Clamp
(1) 5/16 Hose Clamp

Is this the proper fittings/things i need?
For the hose/disconnects: I want to use the quick disconnects. Do i have everything in this kit? Don't i need disconnects on the kegs?
ETA: I'm going to try and get as much of this at LA Homebrew if the prices are equitable, that i can.

This is a set of replacement washers for the faucet that came with your craigslist purchase.
MoreBeer sells these as a kit ( LINK). I think BeverageFactory sells them as individual washers.
If you dont mind the two kegs being on the same pressure, then this will be fine.

You shouldn't.

I'd source all my lines and keg disconnects from LAHomebrew. This sounds like a lot of stuff you may rarely/never use.

That's a little overkill and might not work with what all you already have and plan to buy.
The tailpieces for the shanks already have barbs for hoses so you'd just need beer line from LAhomebrew and some small hose clamps.
You could use that top regulator or the splitter like you have there just make sure there are check valves on them.
