Hogs is a blast. Zapps is going on in BR that day, but Hogs blows Zapps out of the water as far as having a good time goes.

I'm excited to see the new location. My rain boots still have dried mud on them from last year.

I was hoping my buddy was going to boil at his new house that Saturday but that doesn't seem to be happening so I may just stay in n.o. and check it out.

What's the cost of admission and average price for food and drink?

$25 for a ticket, I believe. Food is pretty cheap since all the proceeds are charity. $3-$6 depending on the item. Maybe $10 for big variety plates that some places do.

Beer is provided by NOLA, I believe. Normal prices for that. $4-$5.

I'd say for $100 you can pound beers all day while eating Q throughout and leave with a feeling of accomplishment

I got a little tan for only being out there for 3 hours yesterday. Grounds look a lot better imo.

I'm ready for Friday night.

I made the smart decision of giving up pork for lent but still want to support it since it's in my hood. How much non pork items (besides beer) are there usually?

If there are some, it's mostly going to be side dishes but even then you may find bacon.

I would say, go hog wild and turn it up that day and pick an additional day after lent to not eat pork.

Arse give me the details on Friday night for your group.
What the team again?
I'm betting horses all day then playing drunk tennis and eating crawfish that night. Trying to work the magic so I can make it out there

March of the Pigs

We'll be by the main stage next to Fleur de Que and Fox Bros. Look for the huge inflatable.

Smokey & the Bacon will be doing a fish fry Friday night, some other teams have done fish or crawfish in the past.
Saturday you might find some sides that aren't pork, but it will be few and far between.

Any of you can get your hands on a plot? I want to see where some of you fools will be setting up. I'll come fart in your direction.
