They're doing an early swap night on Wednesday for those of you who live in New Orleans.
EDIT - May not be too bad, now that I think about it. You had to stand in line for hoggy dollars anyway so I guess this is no different.

Whatever happened with this festival and the Charleston event? They tried to do it here a few years ago and I believe it was cancelled. I never heard about them trying to do it here again.

Buddy of mine is a Founder. Said metrics didnt align. Said that Shovels and Rope contacted them after the cancelled event and said they were part of a group starting High Water Fest around the same time they were planning to move Hogs to Spring the following year. I think he said too much risk and 2x as many events there and only half the people of new orleans.

The swap night is just so you can exchange your ticket for your rfid bracelet before the event. This let’s you walk right in when you arrive. We will have separate lanes for exchanging tickets for bracelets at the box office on show days, this is just a way to do it ahead of time and have a beer on us.

I saw people showing their phones and getting wristbands last night.
