Also, isn't ketchup sweet enough without adding freaking honey? Sounds awful.

Are you suggesting that honey is sweeter than the HFCS used in Heinz ketchup?

I’m starting to think you don’t. So, then answer this one. How will using honey to sweeten it, make it sweeter than using what is currently used to sweeten it?

Who is suggesting that it will or that such is what they are going for? Seems the point is, it's just being used as an alternative to HFCS.

Check the ingredients of your ketchup, bro. All ketchups are sweetened in some way. (sugar, corn syrup, honey, etc.)

I took this to mean it's honey IN ADDITION TO HFCS or sugar. Such as a flavor enhancer.
Christ.
Thanks for the fricking ketchup lesson

It's not ketchup plus honey. It's ketchup made with honey in lieu of another sweetening method. Should be no more sweet than regular ketchup.

Why would you think that when the OP says this:
quote:
Hellmann’s says that the product has been made with only six ingredients: Tomato puree, honey, white wine vinegar, spices, onion powder and salt.
Seems like you may need a reading comprehension lesson in addition to your ketchup lesson.

Not to mention the label sort of implies that's the sole sweetening agent. It would be awfully deceptive packaging if it wasn't.
