Zoe's, Panera Bread, There's some kinda place in that strip center across corporate that does health food

It is Fresh Kitchen near Towne Center.

OP: you can eat healthy at almost any of the places around towne center

Foods not bad actually. Well the ones I have had at least are pretty good.

There’s a new juice bar across the street in bocage that’s pretty good

I like the selection of soups that Whole Foods provides. They made a very good butternut squash bisque

Best I've had is their version of cioppino. Not authentic by any means, but very good. Basically a chunky tomato-based vegetable soup with big pieces of fish.
