Quest bar GOAT protein bar.

I love quest bars but I recently switched to Victory bars. They are very similar to quest bars but have no artificial sweeteners. A typical bar is 6 grams fat, 17 grams of fiber and 21 grams of protein. They are also only 2 for four bucks at my local Publix and quest bars are normally 3 bucks.

I don't know why saving two minutes is that important. I can scramble eggs in a pan almost as fast and they are much better.

I just dont want to dirty the pan.

I like to add a bit of salsa and small amount of low fat shredded cheddar. I check and stir it a couple of times and take it out before the eggs get rubbery. I guess I am basically making an omelet bowl.

Starbucks isnt terrible That's just the oatmeal. Add about 25g of sugar if you go with the toppings.

Oh, I'm sure that some people add the brown sugar. I just go with straight up oatmeal, then top it with dried fruit (I'm sorry if some people think fruit is unhealthy).

Slice of peanut butter bread folded and a banana or Apple on the side. I eat it in the car. PB has a lot of protein and holds you over.

Sorry. Had to do it.

Why Steel Cut

I'm sure someone here will have a problem with this, but it's what I found.

It was a joke. Someone did it to me earlier today.

I provided you with an actual link also.

A bit tightly wound today?

Fruit is not unhealthy. The problem with dried fruit is that you likely eat 4 times the amount you would normally eat because it's dried. This results in a large amount of sugar which your body can't process into energy at once and stores it as fat for later use.
