Rouses is advertising whole boneless choice brisket priced at $2.99 a lb. starting today and running through the 24th.

I had one in my freezer from the last time they put then on sale and smoked it this past weekend and it was excellent.

May have to pick up another to freeze for later use at that price.

Don't kill the messenger. That is how it's advertised in the store sales section pullout.

Well, I would have gotten a few if they were bone-in.
Hate boneless.

Pass. With no bone there is no way to perform the pull test and know if it's ready or not

The whole thing cut into strips and ground makes great ground meat. what I like to do is have the big end sliced into steaks and the point flat end left whole for the pit the steaks are great for stews or seared

Rouse’s isn’t the only ones that advertise it that way. Check out Zuppardo’s ad this week (at $1 more per pound)

Every ad lists them as boneless.
Go figure.
