Staying till Sunday. Any good restaurants or restaurant bars?

Hamilton’s tavern would be a good spot to catch the game. Really good beer list

Not the most helpful post, but get a churro while you're there. Good stuff.

Giving my obligatory Water Grill plug. I'm probably one of not many that has dined at the LA, Orange County, and San Diego locations. It's my favorite restaurant.

Peohe's. It's across the bay on Coronado. Eat outside on the bay if you can, the atmosphere can't be beat.

Saints bar in San Diego:
Kristy’s MVP Sports Bar & Grill
3225 Midway Dr
Midway District
Head to La Jolla and check out the bars and restaurants on Prospect. George's on the Cove is excellent for drinks and incredible views.
Also worth a visit to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach just to check out the sights and sounds.
Haven't been in a while to offer specific restaurants, but if you want authentic hole-in-the wall Mexican, try Robertos in PB and MB.
Also, for awesome fish tacos, hit up Rubios, which is all over the place in San Diego.

No clue where you're staying but damn Landini's had some great pizza.

Get a carne asada burrito at any of the many taco shops.

Just got back myself. Where are you staying?

If you're planning to do Italian in Little Italy, I think Bencotto is fantastic. Hard to get in, but I was there on business too so I just went a little early and sat at the bar.
Garlic Shack is a really good casual place that has a menu similar to Turkey and the Wolf in New Orleans.
Altitude Sky Lounge is a really pretty rooftop overlooking the Padres stadium. I know it isn't the season, but the view was pretty incredible. They were actually playing while I was there, so I watched the whole game from above.

Go to Mission Brewery, it's about a mile from there.

If you're staying downtown you will find plenty of great places. I'm a brewpub type so I go to The Local. Ballast Point in Little Italy too. Love the burgers at the Waterfront in Little Italy, decent dive bar. Also the Monky Paw, great cheesesteaks.
Best fish/seafood tacos is a Marisco food truck around 15th and broadway near city college, they are there from lunchtime to late afternoon.

Somebody already said Georges in la Jolla which is a great recommendation as is Eddie V's right next door owned by Eddie Van Halen.
If you wander a bit north to Del Mar there is a place called Pacifica which is my all time favorite. California fair with cliffside views of the pacific.

We ate at a place called Seersucker that was really good
