I’m starting to believe it’s all just an elaborate troll job. It’s never opening at this rate.

I'm Facebook friends with the owner, been knowing her since we were kids. I saw her post a few weeks ago that that it would be the end of the month.

With the hamburger choices in this town and the failure of the previous Buds Broiler in Baton Rouge does this really matter?

Atomic Burger would be the one to watch.

just think of all the late night Buds Broiler burger barfs that could have happened if it was open

Buds missing football season really fricked them. What’s the hold up? They were supposed to be open in August.

All Bud's are SUPER bare bones. What the hell is the hold up? At this rate they will open in May right when BR is at its slowest.

Probably some permit issues or something.

Im just not sure it will work that well
Buds Broiler (NOLA area), Johnnys Pizza (North LA), and Fleur de Lis (BR area) are all examples of average food that is loved by the people who are from there due to nostalgia. It doesnt travel that well

You know what does? A chili cheeseburger for the drunk late at night and a hickory smoke sauce cheeseburger for the hungover mid-day.

Not much point in opening in the middle of summer except to work out any kinks. All the business will come when school is back in.

Agree
A place like fleur de lis would get demolished in a city like nola. And I don't mean demolished in a way like all the pizza will be eaten
