Some people got me a $250 Harry & David gift card for Christmas - thoughts on what to get?

I’m not the biggest fan of their stuff, so I’d probably use the gift card to send pears to people after Christmas. You could gift a couple of 3-month Fruit clubs to elderly friends/family....

I received a Fruit of the Month subscription a few years ago and it was pretty great. They send what’s in season and they were always pretty great. As others here said, I vividly remember how good the pears were.
