I know Great Raft said they would be releasing G&G in cans this December. Any idea when or if they will hit New Orleans?

I live in Shreveport and have not seen it here yet.

I'm sure they will hit NOLA a week after they get released at the brewery, like most releases

Did they revamp the recipe? I stopped drinking it when they turned it into a porter.

And will pass over Acadiana.
That's ok. Acadiana area is home of the best Louisiana DIPA, so it's all good.

the release you are talking about was in January
the next release was in February and was great
they did another non bottle release in August that was great again

I guess I could've been more specific. The last release that I got my hands on was bad and it was at the beginning of the year so you're correct sir

But you'll keep forcing down that ghost that tastes like rubbing alcohol

You tend to be pretty fair towards Parish, but I didn't expect to read something so harsh from you.

Meh. I think grace and grit is a fantastic beer, just like commotion. Yes, both much more balanced than what the new standard seems to be, but still great. I think everyone agrees they had a horrid batch a few back, but they fixed it within a few weeks with another batch. Parish on the other hand had a down ghost batch 4 ago, and they have just gotten worse.

I just finished a Commotion and opened an Envie.
I'd like to see Grace and Grit in a can.

Still can't believe Andrew chose to have a Sour line over canning.
