Good place to eat Thanksgiving Day in BR area

Faculty Club (name changed, I think it's Club @ Union Square) on LSU campus used to be a really good buffet spread and it's not insanely priced.

Faculty Club doesn't do a buffet. You're thinking of the Magnolia Room upstairs in the Union. The Faculty Club is a full service restaurant across the street next to the law school.

I worked there for a few years in college. Thanksgiving and Christmas week they do a massive buffet with super good food.
Edit - Just checked online and they're doing the buffet until tomorrow and are closed Thanksgiving day. They changed that since I left.

We had a great meal on Thanksgiving at Mansur's a couple of years ago. Not sure if you can get a reservation this late though.

The buffet at L'Auberge is having a Thanksgiving theme Thursday. That's what we'll be doing for lunch. I've never been to their regular buffet so I have no idea how good it will be. Fingers crossed.
