80e-Best restaurant on Tybee. Look like it would a dive. It's on one end of a gas station. But it is fantastic. Go early of prepare to wait a bit.

Sundae Cafe

Tybee Island Social Club

AJ's Dockside-food is good, not great, but sit outside and it is worth it. Get dessert

For breakfast, you must go to Huey's right on River St. in Savannah. We went there for our honeymoon/valentine's day week a few weeks ago. The Olde Pink House is a must in Savannah as well. B Matthew's was another good breakfast spot. Fried chicken eggs benedict at Huey's was amazing.

Didn’t even pay attention to the Savannah part, just Tybee

Anyway

Treylor Park
Green Truck
Flying Monk Noodle Bar
Crystal Beer Parlor
Alligator Soul
The Distillery
Six Pence
Leopolds ice cream
Kayak Cafe
Cha Bella
The Wyld

are my favorite Savannah places.

Leopolds ice cream
Honestly is the most overrated place I've ever been to. I don't even care about the 30-40 minute wait. The ice cream is just nothing special at all. Don't understand how that place has the reputation it does.

You would say this when you went to the Pink House and Huey's?

Roll your eyes if you like. Pink House and Huey's are not recommended for the food.

Pink House is historical and the downstairs bar is great. Food is very overpriced and not that good.

Huey's is a great location. Food is mediocre.

B. Matthews is a solid rec.

I thought the food at pink house was great, although it was free whole on a business trip. The whole place was rented out. Shrimp and grits were great

Savannah

Local 11 Ten -- upscale dinner

Alligator Soul -- upscale dinner

B Matthews for breakfast

Wyld Dock Bar -- Great food and drinks on a dock...locals place

Vinnie Van GoGos for a quick slice of good pizza

The Public Kitchen and Bar (owned by same chef as Local 11 Ten)...great lunch spot

My oldest lives down there and says that Sean Brock opened another Husk location in Savannah recently. I've not visited to try it but son says it was fantastic.

Cannot recommend Pink House unless it's for the bar. It's awful. Lady and Sons also overrated. River Street restaurants are all overpriced and mediocre...that area of town is a straight up tourist trap.

Savanah - The Old Pink House. Charleston has a great restaurant scene. My favorites are FIG, SNOB, and the Peninsula Grill.

The Grey. Might be the best new restaurant in the south. Some argue in the country.
