Filet is the least flavorful cut. Get the strip. And it's Ruth's Chris.

I'm addicted to the veal chop, myself. I get it every time I go, but I think any of the meat is good. I love the creamed spinach. The sweet potatoes are really good.

The wedge is good, the bbq shrimp app is different and very tasty.

Bleu cheese dressing at Ruth's is the second best I have ever had.

Shoestring potatos are great.

The Filet is also not USDA Prime... Not that it makes much difference in Tenderloin.

Ditto Strip or Ribeye. Much more flavor. Tenderness is for bitches.

Not really.

Veal chop is excellent and they do a great pork chop as well.

That's too much, Glass. My mind is great, but it's not the other thing, of course.

I almost put the shoestrings down, but I eat too many and ruin my dinner!

I never get a filet from a place that has prime steaks. I would get the Ribeye or Strip.

I don't understand this. When I go to a prime steak joint I want the rarest piece of meat they'll serve. Dust that shite with some s&p and just show it to the fire.

It's always a crap shoot to order a rare steak (usually just comes out med-rare), but it seems at prime places they'll inquire a bit more. I usually say as rare as the chef will send it out. I love a hanger rare also.

My friends are always worried when I have the steaks off of the grill in (usually less than ) 7 minutes.

Nope, that was my response to the ribeyes and strip post. That's about as on-point as I get, you kind of have to blur your eyes for it to make sense.

ETA: In other words I don't like those cuts rare. Takes me a while and you have to wade through some dumb shite, but I'll eventually get my point across.

I guess I am the only one that only gets filet everytime I go to a steak house. I don't like dealing with any fat, just want 100% meat.
