At home with a mild hangover, I can whip up a relatively healthy breakfast bowl in about 5 minutes on the stove.
3 eggs, shredded cheese, chopped ham/mater/onion. Douse it in Frank's Red Hott.

If I am toooo hungover to stand that long. A Grande Scrambler Burrito from Taco Bell or Eggnormous burrito from Burger King are cheap big arse all in one 700-1000 cal breakfasts. Heavy and effective.

I need grease when I'm hungover. Like a cheeseburger, pizza or Canes.

Both of those burritos I mentioned have a hash brown and sausage or bacon in it. Alot of it. The egg normous from BK is almost 1000cal. It'll do you right on grease.

I May be biased but chili cheese fries and a smoked sausage sandwich at Ben’s Burgers hits the spot.

I've learned to avoid hangovers, but when I did get them regularly from my excessive behavior, I always found cold, fresh fruit the best remedy.

Greasy food always made me feel worse.
