$13.99 is what I paid at Calandro's Saturday. $15.39 after tax.

Don't know about that. Parish has been selling Ghost for $12/4 pack for a while now (tax must be built in). Two 4 packs ($24), one Ghost crowler ($10), and one bottle of Imperial Reserve ($15) came to $49 on the dot and out the door.
Maybe distributors are marking it up? Or the retailers?

I've been getting mine for 10.99 and 11.49 from two places. They are definitely marking up.

Who is the "they" in referring to in your sentence? The distributors/retailers, or Parish? I know Parish has been selling Ghost directly to the consumer at $12/4 pack for a number of release days.
However, it was telling when I was able to buy a 4 pack for $9.99 at Albertsons two releases ago (February). This particular Albertsons was selling 4 packs at the price their distributor was selling it to them. During the next release (March), this Albertsons sold it for $13/4 pack. Retailers know they can adjust the price of Ghost because SOMEONE will buy it for roughly $3.49/bottle plus tax and it won't sit on the shelf.

That particular Albertson's just screwed up on that release. Every other one, I've gotten it for $12.99 a 4-pack, which is pretty much the going rate outside of a handful of outliers (high and low).

Just dealt with a store manager who's selling it for 9.99. Guy doesn't have a clue. Told me he would order more on Wednesday
