I love gin. It's only distributed in Texas but if you find yourself over that way I highly recommend picking up a bottle of the Austin Reserve gin made by Revolution.

And that Fever Tree Tonic is super legit. I never knew how much of a difference good tonic water would make until I gave it a try.

Good thread, glad we've got some folks on here who appreciate gin.
If you're looking for a good gin-based cocktail, I STRONGLY recommend trying a Matrinez. I'd say it's a somewhat obscure cocktail so you need to be at a decent bar for them to know of it, but any really top-notch bartender in a big city should know how to make it.
It has alot of similar flavors to an Old Fashioned, but it's made with gin and is smoother IMO. It's my go-to drink if I'm looking for a nice cocktail.
