It seems pretty easy to find in Laffy. I think quite a few people got their fill from the Brewery.

As posted in the FBD thread

Very good. Pungent fresh hoppy smell when first opened. Strong flavor of simcoe, very similar to stone enjoy by. Tastes like I'm sucking on a hop leaf.
After it warms a bit, gives way to to some bright citrus notes.
Very well done double IPA, and after drinking 1 bottle by myself, I'm feeling a little tipsy.

I opened one tonight and I'm most of the way through it. I haven't tried as many beers as a lot of you guys, but I thought this was fantastic.

No dog in this fight, but I think most of the guys toward the end of this thread are Laffy folks. Sounds like you just snoozed and fricking lost.

wouldn't say snoozed. I work in an office and its tough to leave or make an excuse to leave to run across town scouring for beer. even at lunch, most stores were sold out. i'll get some. not overly worried about it.

Do people question you every time you need to run a quick errand?

I usually just tell the secretary I'll be back in a "little bit." No questions asked.

Ditto. I'm not saving lives, and things are gonna be OK if I'm gone for half an hour.

I usually tell her, "I'm going out for a beer. I need it.".

She understands...

I'm too far from town to do that. I can leave for lunch though and have never had problems getting 95% of the limited releases.

Difference between being there and in houston. Limited release beers can be tougher here because Specs opens at 10am. Tough stuff is gone by lunch.

Nope. And I come back and display my beers with pride.
