I need someone to update me once DDH is spotted in Nola.

Might pass by parish this weekend if not.

Go try Urban South's DDH Modillion. They have about 10 cases left.

I heard that they are releasing a new batch end of this week, so your timing should be good.

The Modillion is excellent. Juicy juicy.

I thought Modillion was solid. I kind of messed up and had some GITM @ Blue Oak an hour or so before I went to Urban South, so my palate was probably fucq and I might not have gotten the best experience.

Decent drinker from Urban South tho for sure. Easily superior to Holy Roller IPA.

Nice! Its great to see the ramp up in choices of IPAs available in N.O. area. Also saw that a couple of places around town are doing special dinners and events with Creature Comforts. Are they going to start distribution to N.O.?

The Creature Comforts are just specials I believe as they're a Nuit Belge participant.

In the not so distant past, I would be pleased to have a regular Lagunitas IPA @ a NOLA bar .

What a time to be alive.

Not only that but also good local options.

Gnarley Barley
Second Line
Urban South
Parish
Great Raft
SOPRO (Not LA but pretty close)

All of these produce a good IPA that can be had at restaurants.

Devils Harvest 2016 re-design and Crowd Control are both really strong from So-pro. Best brewery in MS for sure.

I would add Old Rail in Mandeville as well to good La breweries - they only sell in house but their Coalescence IPA is really good.

I agree. Was mainly replying to Billy Mays and stating that alot better and way more local options in restaurants and bars than 5 years ago.
So Pro is doing it right - big fan of those two as well as Suzy Smash and their Cicada Series.

Looks like the latest Galaxy DDH Envie was just brewed. Would be interesting to taste side by side with DDH Citra from earlier this month.
