Picked up a bunch of shrimps and oystas and tuna and grouper in pensacola. Something with that. Plus the rest of the boys will burning meat I'm sure.

I cooked a chicken an sausage gumbo last night(always better next day) for starter. I'm blackening redfish served over garlic smashed potatos with a mushroom and andouie cream sauce on top.Dessert at half time bananas foster kicked way up..............................

My kitchen smells like braised short ribs. Just decanted a Prisoner and opened a Mercury Head. Time to shower and get this shindig rolling.

Not that anyone cares that much, but my chick-fil-a plan thankfully fell through.
Instead I had Spring Rolls and Saraman (sp?) Curry at Pnomh Penh (Vietmamese) before the basketball game and then sweet victory for dessert.

I misrepresented a bit. The people that run it are from Viet Nam and they have both types of cuisine on their menu.
Sadly, I think they will be out of business soon. There is never anyone there when I go. Usually a sign to stay away, but this place is clean and the food is very good and comes out piping hot every time.
