Ice cold pacific and filets on rest. Don’t get much better!! Who else cooks better steaks at home?

I rest on an elevated baking rack over a sheet pan keeps the sear from getting soggy

This was a nice FDB thread about someone’s steak. You had to criticize him because Pacifico autocorrected to pacific. Now you’re cursing and name calling. This isn’t Reddit or even ot lounge.
