My little bro says Austin is awesome; I live in Miami so I find it hard to believe it's better

Both cities have really been bringing it in the culinary scene lately though

I had Muellers not long ago in his latest incarnation. Great too but he's just a strange cat.

And an hour and a half is worth it for those naysayers.

Apparently if you call a week or two ahead you can special order as much as you want and they will have it ready for you whatever time you need it. Bossman has done this for us before, he gets a bunch of brisket and sausage and sides. It's the best way to eat Franklin because there's no waiting in line :)

Glad you liked your trip to ATX. You chose a couple good places for BBQ.

I just hate the damn line at Franklin. I'll go to J. Mueller and wait 20 minutes and get brisket just as good. Their sides are better too.
