When this concept was announced I was under the impression it was going to be some kind of food hall or multi-concept market.
Seeing these photos and the tenants going in it looks like a strip mall on Siegen Lane.

Better than what it has been. An ugly condemned cvs where transients took up shop in the dumpster behind. For years. This isn’t optimal but 1000x better.
