Whiskey
Oysters
There were a ton of different foods that I didn’t try until I was an adult, but not because I was picky, but because I grew up in a rural area with parents that didn’t think outside of the box much in regards to food options. Growing up it was mostly rice and gravy with either cheap cuts of pork or beef, or grilled chicken and some sort of canned vegetable.

Also,
pepperoni

fried oysters

Still don't like:
turnip or mustard greens
avocado
okra

I wasn't super picky about foods, but I was not a big fan of most vegetables, especially green. I opened up a little in high school and in college, I grew to like lots more. I'll eat just about anything today and there are very few foods I refuse to eat.

Mushrooms. I couldn't get around the idea that they are grown in shite for a long time.

I’ve loved eggplant casserole since I was a kid when our mother would make it for us, it just doesn’t like me.

Lettuce on tacos, sandwiches, etc. I hated it when I was a kid. Now I have to have it on tacos and sandwiches and stuff like that.

Pickled beets.
When I was in elementary school back in the late 70’s/early 70’s, seems like every day for lunch we were served beets.
All the guys stuck our straws in to get a core sample of beet, then blowgunned them around shooting each other.
Probably took me until my late 40’s to appreciate them on a salad.
