I may get shat upon for choosing this 1, but it seems like a chunk of people are ready to try somthing other than a protein......

I found one pic of one of my entries, but I was working long hours back then and missed some of the challenges.

Not sure what the ingredients were.

Yuuuuup, box sushi which is one of my favorites. I bought this $8 press on Amazon and use it all the time. The ribeye was sliced super thin and prepared into beef carpaccio. The fruit cocktail was puréed and dehydrated to make a thin sheet like a fruit roll up. Some rice had black sesame seeds, the orangish rice included a mixture of tobiko hence the color.

Corn would be better suited for when it is in season but, with that said, this is a CHALLENGE after all

Mine was #1 in that one... chorizo meatloaf with a peppermint russian imperial stout dressing.

These challenges make me really want to up my cooking skills and learn/try more techniques.
