I don't know what's there today, but I was told it will regularly have gumbo, jambalaya, catfish, shrimp poboys, roast beef poboys, and maybe a couple other things. Everything I just named is definitely in the regular menu though.

I'm sure eventually they will if they get one. I believe their big aim was not so much joining with the food truck alliance, but instead targeting plant workers and whatnot where there aren't many dining options out there.

Been trying to get a food truck to visit Bon Carre for a year or more. I've emailed curbside and even got them in touch with the facilities people. But, so far no visits. The cuban sandwich guy, the yo-go guy and a sno-ball guy visit from time to time. otherwise we have subway or this catering 2 you place which both suck.
