I'm drinking a St. Arnold brown ale that a rep from the brewery brought me the other day. It's not great but not bad

Yep, that sums up St. Arnold for me. About the same as Abita IMO.

St. Arnolds Endeavor will hopefully change that.

Yes. The Divine Reserve 11 DIPA is going to be a full time brew now called Endeavor. Coming out maybe in the spring.

I tried Brooklyn beers yesterday. Had the Lager and Concoction on tap at the Bulldog. The lager was excellent, the Concoction meh. I'd really like to try their Local beers which are Belgian style.

The Lager is money as are the Local beers. I also recommend the Monster Ale if you like barleywines.

I really liked the lager. I want to try the Locals because I love ales in the Belgian style.

I just happened to pick up Local 2 during my beer run yesterday. I'll be saving that one for Christmas.

I buy my beer at Matherne's and Marcello's mostly. Who has Brooklyn in BR? Calandro's?

I've found Brooklyn beer at Matherine's. You can also find it at Calando's. Winn Dixie also carries Brooklyn. I've only seen the Monster Ale at Winn Dixie strangely enough.

A buddy gave me a Local #2 yesterday for helping him with some homework. I think I'll open it up after my last final of the semester this Friday.

I've been looking at Matherne's but haven't seen it. I need me some Local.

On to an Ommegang Abbey Ale. My wife will drive to dinner.

I've seen it at the Matherine's on Highland.

I've moved on to Samuel Adams Double Bock.
