I've been to the one here in Houston a couple times. Food is pretty good.

looking through the menu and website, it was REALLY similar to the restaurant St John in London, which routinely makes those Top 50 restaurants in the world lists. I've been 3x (out of probably 6 days total spent in london) and it's awesome.
apparently one of the chefs/owners of this place worked at St John.

It seems national critics took to it much more than Houstonites.

They do well on the weekends.
The Houston dining mags and critics were all over this place for about 6 months, now you don't hear much about it at all.
The location kinda sucks...it's hard to find if you haven't been before. And the food is different for most...fatty/heavy...but we are a city full of fat asses so I don't know what the deal is.
I'm sure they got a bigger boost after Houston Restaurant Week.

Love the one in Houston..This one should do well here in New Orleans... It's the only place that I've ever been that offers a whole/cooked pig head for a meal...

The one in Houston is one of my favorite restaurants.
