Got North Coast Old Stock 2011, Sierra Nevada Bigfoot 2011, 3 Sierra Nevada/Dogfish Head Life & Limbs, a couple Stone 15ths, Deschuttes Black Butte XXIII, A St Arnold DR11, and one more bottle of NOLA Irish Channel Stout.

Hypnosis is helping me overcome my fear.

Plus, I am going out there in the middle of the day. I don't want to get caught out there at night.

I've managed to stash a couple away. I've got an Abyss, a SN/DFH Life & Limb, Stone Vertical Epic 11-11-11, Stone 15th, a Brooklyn Black Ops, a Westy 12 and a bomber of Dale's Imperial Oyster Stout. Plus a couple of Anchor Christmas ales I'm gonna hold onto until next year.

Everything else in my fridge is fair game.

True. That section of Perkins between Bluebonnet and Siegen is a war zone after dark.

You angry, angry little hop of a man.

Rochefort is awesome but an occasional beer for me because of local price.

My wallet is as small as my hop. So I don't get Rochefort or Orval or Westmalle or that Danish dude who puts his face on all his beer very often either.

I really enjoyed this beer over the winter.

tetu, I tried a Cantillon yesterday and I am still not sure what to think about it. I guess I need to sample a few more. But damn, it was expensive.

I'm reallly looking forward to my last life and limb.

Sours don't need to be kept at cellar temp do they?

That's not including what's overflowed to the Fridge kitchen and the 3 Cantillons I've got outside of the cellar.

. I havent had the bio yet sonidk how it is, but i do have two bottles. Yes expensive. Expensive to make, however there was a BR inflation on that. In nola theyre usually around 30 for a 750ml.

For some that may interest you more right now at a less exp price check out :

Calandros: Lindermans Cuvee Renee ($7 gueuze that is less sour than Cantillon gueuze), Duchesse de Bourgogne, Monk's Cafe, Vichtenaar, Anchorage Love Buzz Saison, Rogue John John Hazelnut

the cove: petrus oud bruin and petrus aged pale. Also,

I'll have to admit... I picked up another bottle of all three Cantillons they had at steins again this past weekend in one way or another.

I know the Lou Pepe is reserved for my SO's Bday. Which one were you interested in?
