There's a few of the mikkeler beer geek brunches out now. One of them is Beer Geek Weasel. It's a little more expensive because of the civet dropping coffee. Then there's the little bottle of Beer Geek Brunch Weasel aged in Cognac barrels that's ridiculously expensive.

you're giving Lake Charles too much credit...it's the original.

That's why cellaring beer never made sense to me. I have a pumkinator that I'm keeping to compare to next year. But that is the first and probably the last that ever makes it that far.

Never have seen her on here. The only real question...is she a beer drinker?

Same here. I may try to keep a BCS until next season, but I'll probably end up drinking them all.

You have to hide them from yourself

I have an Abyss, a Real Ale 15th, a Punkin, a Vertical Epic an a couple others stashed away

Speaking of, S&FBD is Real Ale 15th Anniv. Imperial Stout

Gotta get rid of these stouts before its 90 degrees out

Would you be interested in a site that you can order 24 packs of BCS?

Take a look...it has lots of beer on sale in the 24 packs. Shipping is a bit rough.

Do it!

That's my get-rich-quick scheme.
Sell you BCS when you're all out of your own stash for outrageous sums of money so you can get your fix in July.

I have been pretty good about holding special bottles of wine for years, but I've never tried it with beer or really seen the need for it. At one point, I had hundreds of bottles of wine. I drink mostly beer now.

Well that's understandable, who wants to drink wine anyways
