I'm trying to grow my cellar as well, just another way to keep all the beer out of my fridge and at a cool temp. The oldest thing I've ever had in my cellar was a Chimay from 1990 but that is gone now, so now the Anchor 2005 Christmas is there. I tried to convince Anchor to sell me 06/08 when I was there last week but no dice. They have them just not for sale.

My cellar is almost full though so I need to look into drinking some of the stuff that wont save incredibly well, hence why I broke out the SN Estate ale this weekend.

That's one nice thing about Stein's.
They sell Verticals of a few different beers from the last few years. I think they had 10-11-12 of Old Guardian. I can't remember what the other one was that they were selling from the past few years, might have been an anchor Christmas six pack like that.
