Could Cajuns fans please take Les Miles off yall's hands at LSU? I think we could use him.

FBD: Whole Foods Post Oak Pale Ale

They've really pinned this one down good.

Enjoy it while it's fresh. I haven't bought any since last fall, been seeing 033 around.

First three digits represent day of the year. Ross's is from early August. 033 would be early Feb.

WF DL DIPA

So good!

FBD is a Blue Chimay. Hello old friend. I don't drink as much Belgian style stuff as I used too, but this one still delivers. Nice dark fruit.

Had a crowler from this batch of DL the other morning -- not sure if it was because I had a Pussalia right before, or what, but thought this batch was a bit off. What did you think about it?

I agree about Post Oak -- last couple of batches have been incredible. Need them to step up production and have cans readily available.

I love the traditional Belgian Quads. A quad shall persist in one's cellar to be proper

La Fin du Monde and Maudite are 2 of my all time favorite beers. I used to drink the shite out of them before I got on this multi-year hop fetish.

I enjoyed the DL. Hop Explorer V was tasty too. Whole Foods has zeroed in well on their three main hop beers. Looking forward to their Wet Hop DIPA this Fall, because last year's was incredible.

I mentioned to the girl at the bar that canning 4 packs and 6 packs of their hops would be fantastic.
