Another round of bomb is coming through Houston soon. I'll hook you up this time since you didn't get any of the last round.

I'm gonna cum. I loved/hated that beer. It was tasty but I despised pouring it. I felt like I lost half of it because I'd overpour it. Way too much head.

their RIS, especially the Espresso variant, isn't too shabby, either.

Their RIS (or IRS as they call it) is world-class and probably the best beer they make. If it were limited in quantities, had a wax top, and was only released one day a year at a brewery-only event, people would go nuts for it.

You need to grab hold of that line between speed and chaos and wrestle it to the ground like a demon cobra. Just saying.

Interesting. I was browsing avenue pub's draft list today and it says 4.5%.

Jesus Christ. It wasn't that bad. I bought 3 bottles and didn't lose a drop. No worse than any other Belgian.

You are 100% correct. It is fantastic. I still have a few. May open one tonight.

FBD is a Tin Roof PGP. I somehow went the whole snow day without having a beer. Slipped my mind.

I agree. I would still bitch about a wax top though.

Teach me your ways. I've poured many a Belgian in my day and I can't pour the Farmhouse IPA worth a shite. I even resorted to asking bartenders. They all said the same thing -- it didn't pour worth a shite. It's a solid beer. Nobody disputes that. But it's overly carbonated. That's a fact. It's a simple fix.

Well then...I might have to go to the convenient store near my house and grab one tonight...not that its necessarily "stout weather" out here.
