I spy chairs
This beast turned out fantastic. The tacos they did with it were amazing.
Scott is one of my favorite humans. What a hilarious guy. I saw a few of the pics from yesterday, looks like boss just missed me by about 5 feet in two of them.
All in all it was a really well done event, it wasn't nearly as congested as last year's, and I feel like I made the right decision going early. Later that evening I ran into everyone's favorite banker, OBrah, at Avenue. Pretty solid day.

any experience aging this one? It's one of my favorite readily available, affordable winter seasonals and I'm thinking about buying a ton of it to store away. I miss it when it's not around, and I'm curious how it evolves over time.

How is that one? One of the best things Deschutes does is these types of small batch BA beers. Not sold outside of their brewpubs, this, and they do it with little fanfare, and even less effort in bottle design...
