TBD is another ommeganf abbey dubbel. So good...I agree with you guys on celebration. I tried one today due to the number of mentions on here...it is a ok beer. The finish leaves a lot to be desired but it is drinkable

Ommegang has such a solid lineup of Belgian style beers. Have you tried Three Philosophers?

Certainly drinkable, but not a great beer IMO.

Yes.. Had a three philosophers like 2 nights ago. That was the one I got my wife to taste and she fought back the barfies.

It was a great beer.

I like the brux better. It was on full hit!

Have you had the Hennepin Kim? Ill be drinking a bomber of that tomorrow night. Some kind of farmhouse ale? Is that similar to a Tank 7?

Yes, Hennepin is very good and is in my summer rotation. Saison/farmhouse ale. I have not had the Tank 7.

Thanks . I loved the tank 7 so if its in that style I'll be thankful for the hennepin. Weather is still warm enoug to enjoy that style

You should try the Saison DuPont sometime. It's the mother of all the farmhouse styles.
