I'll have another DH, makes Envie taste like water IMO

For those that have had WF Post Oak APA...who wins between PO and DH?

DH IMO. But I feel like the Post Oak is more of a Pale Ale and DH an APA/American IPA. I agree with Front9 -- did an Envie after a DH and it didn't do it for me.

Next up is a Breakfast Stout:

Damn that looks good!

For me it is Post Oak but I want to get a hold of fresh fresh DH with the new cans to make a final determination

I think I'm gonna have to start drinking the DH shelf turds around town before the stores will shelve the new cans

as long as it has a December drink by date on it it's the new batch and doesn't taste different because a sticker is on the can now and stamped date on the bottom........

He is right though. Yesterday I saw some dated 2015 and Feb 2016. Mouth, I might join you in that quest.

I've had plenty of the new recipe. But it's all gone now. I saw a six pack of 2015 the other day.

Like Curds said. I want the new damn cans!!!

Old recipe is still probably more well rounded than this FBD

Have any of you TX FBDers had Real Ale's Axis IPA yet?

FBD was a Legend Brown Ale.

SBD is The Veil Boss Man Sour DIPA. If you like grapefruit juice you will like this beer. If not, well, you got to try a sour double ipa. I found this to be very different than most anything else I have tried, though it does finish clean.

I agree. The shite is really good. Parish needs to step up Envie 's game.

TCO has, but he hates IPAs. List will pretend he's had it. Ryno will say Art Car is better without ever trying it. HungryFisherman makes a PA that tastes better than it (and that's probably true). Rouge will never try it because it's too easy to get.
