how is Fire Rock? The only Kona I've had is their coconut brown ale, and it was pretty good

I enjoy it. It has a lot of flavor for a pale ale. I haven't given the coconut brown a whirl, but I am sure I'd enjoy it. I freaking love Maui Brewing's Coconut Porter.

But I do run pretty often after drinking. I'll probably have a few beers and then get in 6 - 8 miles after the kids are down.
