I have a crowler of Over Ripe in my fridge. It may be my next BD. I've had some big beers today. Still debating the wisdome of opening the Over Ripe.

WTF, I can always get more GN stuff. I know the jam was a blast. I watched the end of the PSU/OSU game and now am watching the World Series, while smoking some salmon. The smell is amazing....

I’ve got one I’m saving for Thanksgiving.

Will get into these tomorrow

Their last IPA was a let down for me. Hopefully these are better.

Thanks to LSUintheNW for the salmon!

Ditto that. I've got some of his salmon going on the smoker in a bit...

How'd you cook it?

I coated them with creole mustard and then seasoned with Prudhomme's Salmon Seasoning and some cracked black pepper. I got the grill hot and put the filets on skin side down. I turned off the burners under the fish and cooked them indirect.

You're technique is spot on. The seasoning sounds great, too. I'm still waiting to pull Mon from the smoker. Its looking pretty good, though.

Smoked with cherry and basted with maple syrup. Nothing better than drinking great beer while sitting by the smoker...

Bergman is doing LSU proud.

NBD - Over Ripe. Solid. I can smell from 3 feet away when taking the picture.

Not quite as good as Super Over Ripe.
