FBD. It's been almost two and a half weeks since I've had a beer. Screw the flu.

Cheers. That is a good one.

The cans of First Pitch I bought at the source last Friday seem off a bit to me.

That seems to be a issue with First Pitch. I had some recently that was off-colored but it tasted fine. Sounds like the FBD Executive Committee needs to discuss this with their ownership.

I had a can Friday at Blue Oak that tasted months old. I don't think Blue Oak sat on them for months because I'd wager they weren't buying much packaged beer given their inability to sell it. So either old cans from distro, which doesn't seem right given how Pelican handles their product, or something went wrong at the source. I don't know much about that element in the supply chain.

Yes, I've had some cans in which the beer was darker than normal, but smelled and tasted fine.

I've never had any problems with First Pitch on draft, so I am guessing that it is a canning issue.

Indeed. That Cherry Limeade Gose would have been a great pool beer all summer long.

9/9 Ghost is fantastic. Ghost makes me question why I even chase any other IPAs. But then you get a beer like Hex Clouds, which is totally different, yet equally great.

Yep. I have some in my fridge now. If I had to pick one IPA.....

True. I've also been going down memory lane and revisiting old favorites (THA, SN Pale Ale, etc.), which has been fun. I wish I could get some fresh Endeavor.

Got some fresh Timber Beast last week. It wasn't as good as I remember. We've come a long way since 2012.
