FBD Is it still satsuma season?

It is at my house. Using what’s left for some sweet satsuma carnitas tacos. Oh, and celebrating a fresh job offer I might just not be able to refuse. Corrupt, but within reason.

First time with satsumas. Pulled the carnitas meat from the freezer…previously slow cooked a butt with carnitas things. I take that flavorful shredded pork and cook down in a cast iron with more citrus juices until blackened and crispy. Always comes out delicious…I don’t see why satsumas would be any different. Will post a pic later
