Gigantic The Future is Now. Nice amber with some hoppy bitterness. Solid.

I agree. Solid beer.

Cheers. We really enjoyed the BXN stouts today. Like I said, the Abyss stood out among giants.

yessuh!! that's a hell of a haul where'd you go to pick em up?

had a damn fine time @ 4miles bottle share. thanks for having me brother. lots of really solid beers. ones that stood out for me were Abyss, Avery The Czar, Cabernet Barrel Aged Laika RIS, couple of the Yetis.

watching B1G title game at the house. contemplating what the next BD will be. 4miles gave some some nice parting gifts that I very much appreciate.

Yeah, I brought the wife in last minute so she could fill her pockets wth a few bottles.

Kim missed her offering up her timber beast.

Only pic I took...

Pipeworks was pretty dang good. Also the FW PNC(?) tequila aged one was better than I would have thought.

I agree. That was another one that stood out. So intense and complex.

Jax, 2 of the best beers were your offerings!

NextBD is another Double Jack. I have them, so I may as well drink them.

the more I try the gamut of daily drinking stouts, the more I see how much better FBS is. Not that the others are bad... next up, I'll be cracking the Rogue Double Chocolate... after I have another FinestKind... man it has a bitter after... was tasting the bitter 20 minutes after I finished it.

Split an entree with the Missus Me. Pig and gravy. Here's my half:
