I’m here for you Paul. First documented is a Fancy Lawnmowa:

Took a local stout that I won’t name because it wasn’t very good. Put it in a French press with 4 McCormick cinnamon sticks (not very good cinnamon) and part of a leftover dark chocolate bar that I chopped up (it was leftover, so you know it also wasn’t very good). Let it sit for about two hours in the fridge. Pressed it.

This is the result.



This shitty beer became relatively expensive and it’s still shitty. God dammit. I guess it’s on to brown from here.

ETA: They say dropping a vanilla bean in there is the way to go, but I'm not using a bean that costs more than the shitty beer to try to make it palatable. I'll just save the shite beer for when I'm tipsy.
