Liking this beer better the second time. Little more tartness this time. Maybe because I've been drinking ipa's tonight.

With dinner- seared ribeyes with garlic/wine/butter reduction sauce and sweet potatoe fries with lime dipping sauce

That's basically it. Lime, Greek yogurt, lime zest, little sugar. Easy to make. Got the idea when I was working in south florida. Goes nicely with sweet potatoes.
