For one of mine, as soon as I removed the wire cage the cork immediately shot up to the ceiling about as fast as you can imagine. It was a mess. It's a great batch, though.

I'm just glad my parents have wood ceilings. It have may put a dent in sheetrock. The force was strong.

NBD is da BOMB! My first and only one. Freaky-smooth for 13% ABV. Interesting to see how well it warms up. Great beer.
Hopefully I can do better than one 12 oz for $11 in BR next year.
