Yea it was one of my favorite beers last year and it's continued to be solid this year

The malt is way down from previous batches.
No BD, but wine is definitely in the mix a bit later.

Badass label. Think I had that one at courtyard anniversary, and it was just alright. What do you think?

It's alright. Low acidity. Easy to drink. Not very complex. I get no blood orange and very little spice.

Absolutely. Not just malty, but a sweet maltiness that I did not care for. They are obviously doing something different because this batch has little, if any, of that. I am enjoying these and just cracked another for 5BD.

There are a ton of other places. Bailey's Taproom isn't far, and there is a place upstairs called The Upper Lip that is really cool. They only have a handful of taps, but have a great bottle selection, and it's just a really cool atmosphere. The womens would like it.

Peeps were talking about how the Born Yesterday was the best available beer on shelves right now. But I think this batch of Crowd is gonna Trump them. (pun intended)

You drinking the 10/28 batch? I find it to be MUCH less malty sweet than previous batches.

Glad to hear the good reviews on CC. I picked up a 4-pack of the fresh batch today. I loved the first two batches, but I thought it fell off when they started canning it.
