FBD is a Maine Beer Co. Dinner. It’s their special release DIPA that has never been sold outside the brewery. Until now.

That beer is popping up at some verrrrry very unusual places right now. They sent a ton of kegs out. I drank it the other night at a shitty dive in the Fort Point neighborhood. The GM used to work for Trillium and he was pushing us to keep drinking it because nobody was ordering it

FBD is a Fresh Hop Johnny Utah. Very fresh and bright nose, but the palate is all dank. Tempted to get another one, and I rarely have the same beer back to back.

NBD is a Fresh hopped Scatterbrained by Grains of Wrath, which is a newer brewery from across the river in Vancouver, WA. They are doing good things. I like that they are not making only hazy IPAs.
