I had a blast at Zapps. That being said, I don't understand how the IPA market has not been saturated yet. It seems like it's an arm's race to shove as many hopps as possible into a beer, which I'm just not a fan of.

I'm no home brewer but can't you use the same hops and depending on how you brew it, produce a different flavor?
As long as they don't all taste the same it won't be over saturated imo.

It will be soon for sure. They had a DIPA and a citra IPA at LA homebrew that were very good. I gotta imagine there are a ton of home brewers that are making great products. When they decide to start selling it will get way over saturated
