Starting to see a lot more JK in stores here in DFW but still haven't gotten any of the SPON. Would love to get that and compare it to my wild fermentation homebrew.

I’m a big Belgian nationalist when it comes to wild/spontaneous stuff, but this is on par. I tried this same blend fairly fresh and it was more earthy/bitter, but now it has a nice brightness to the flavor. Pricey, but I’d definitely grab if you ever see it.

That nuke the whales is pretty well rated. I'd work my way down that entire barrel aged right side of the menu.

4BD, barrel aged strawberry barleywine. Tastes like a strawberry shake, but 13%. It's delicious.
